Vacuum-sealed packaging
We use 5 mil (thick) clear packs for all steaks and roasts. Your customers will love being able to see the quality beef you grow, and the beef will maintain its freshness for much longer than butcher paper or shrinkwrap.

Custom labeling available
You work hard at your ranch, and you deserve the credit on your beef! Upon request, we will customize your label with your ranch logo and website, so your customers remember who to call when they are ready to reorder.

USDA Inspected
Selling beef shares is great, but selling beef by the cut is an excellent way to maximize the value of your beef carcass. USDA processing with us allows you to sell your beef anywhere in the USA, in any quantity. Freedom to sell!
Cut and Wrap Pricing
$1.35 per pound hanging weight
Extras:
- 1 lb ground beef packages: $40 per head
- 1 steak per package: $40 per head
No extra charge for bone-out cuts.
Slaughter Pricing
We accept carcasses from any licensed mobile slaughter outfit for custom processing. You pay for slaughter directly to the company you choose.
USDA Slaughter: $210 per head. Call us to schedule!
Value Added Option Pricing
Ground Beef Patties: $1.25 per pound (100 pound minimum)
Carne Asada (thinly sliced): $1.00 per pound
Additional Information
We have a 600 lb hanging weight minimum, if your carcass weighs less than 600 lbs, you will be charged for 600 lbs.
We do not customize quarters, the entire half that is being split must have one single cut sheet.
Cut sheets are filled out online. The link to the form will be sent to your customers as soon as the beef is slaughtered.
